FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PISHPEK UGORKOM OF RCP(b) ON THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE BROTHERLY GRAVE

City of Pishpek, January 5, 1919

...§ 4. The faction, having heard the verbal report of Comrade Alexandrovich on the brotherly grave of those fallen at the hands of the counter-revolutionary bandits of the Pishpek district, unanimously resolved: to instruct the executive committee of the faction to assign the following tasks: 1) to arrange a fence around the grave, 2) to enclose the entire garden, 3) to hang signs at the entrance to the garden and near the grave obligating entering citizens: to remove their hats when passing by the grave.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PISHPEK UGORVOENREVKOM ON THE TRANSFER OF THE THEATER HALL "EDISON" TO THE MANAGEMENT OF AGITPROSVET

City of Pishpek, July 7, 1920

§ 1. Having heard the verbal report of the head of the education department Comrade Litvinov on the transfer of "Edison" to the management of the extracurricular education sub-department, in accordance with the decrees from the central authority on this matter, and after a comprehensive discussion of this issue, it was resolved: To temporarily leave in force the military commissar's decree of July 7 of this year, i.e., to temporarily transfer to the management of Agitprosvet, with the right to use it by the extracurricular education sub-department and Muslim groups according to the following schedule:
1. Monday - free
2. Tuesday - Agitprosvet
3. Wednesday - Education Department
4. Thursday - Saturday
5. Friday - "Timur" groups and Tatar
6. [Sunday] - Agitprosvet

In addition, if one of the sections is unable to stage a performance for any reason, they must notify two days in advance of the right to occupy the free [space] for any other section. For building repairs, makeup purchases, etc., groups are required to allocate 10% and make such payments to the current account of the section using the theater for staging performances. All props necessary for staging performances are provided by the group that is staging the performance.
