EXTRACT FROM THE PROTOCOL OF THE MEETING OF THE PRESIDIUM OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL ON THE ORGANIZATION OF A LIBRARY IN THE WORKING DISTRICT AND THE ORGANIZATION OF A CITY CHILDREN'S LIBRARY
Frunze, September 27, 1934

Heard: On the organization of a fundamental library in the working district and on the organization of a city children's library.

Resolved: 1. To propose to the city education department to organize a library in the working district no later than October 1 of this year, allocating one thousand copies of books from the city library fund.

3. In view of the merger of the city library with the scientific library, to propose to the city education department to establish a permanent city children's library at the site of the city library, securing for it the entire space it occupies and all funds allocated to the city library for 1934.
