DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKING DEPUTIES ON NAMING THE CITY CHILDREN'S LIBRARY AFTER M.V. FRUNZE
Frunze, January 31, 1945.
The Executive Committee of the Frunze City Council of Working Deputies decided:
1. To satisfy the request of the staff of the children's library to name the city children's library after the legendary commander of the Red Army, Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze, in connection with its tenth anniversary since its establishment.
2. To request the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR to name the city children's library after Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze.

DECREE OF THE PRESIDIUM OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON ETERNAL MEMORY OF THE OUTSTANDING COMMANDER OF THE RED ARMY M.V. FRUNZE"
Frunze, February 2, 1945.
In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding commander of the Red Army, Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze, and in order to immortalize his memory, to name the following:
I.
1. Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute.
2. Male Secondary School No. 10 in the city of Frunze.
3. Secondary school in the village of Ananyevo, Issyk-Kul region.
4. Children's home in the village of Panfilovskoye, Frunze region.
II.
To establish 3 scholarships for students of the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute named after M.V. Frunze, each in the amount of 350 rubles.
