RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON APPROVAL OF THE GENERAL ESTIMATE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FIRST PHASE OF THE TROLLEYBUS IN FRUNZE"

Frunze, September 12, 1947

The Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves:

1. To approve the total estimated cost of construction for the first phase of the trolleybus in Frunze at 1945 prices, taking into account a 15% reduction in the remaining work, amounting to 19,774.05 thousand rubles, according to the annex*.

2. To approve the estimated cost of the volume of ongoing work for the construction of the first phase of the trolleybus in Frunze as of January 1, 1947, at 1945 prices, amounting to 22,962.72 thousand rubles.

3. To reduce the cost of the remaining work, calculated at 22,962.72 thousand rubles, by 3,444.87 thousand rubles, accepting the final amount after reduction to be 19,517.85 thousand rubles. The reduction will be made by decreasing expenditures on:
a) construction of operational roads - 944.87 thousand rubles
b) training of personnel - 250.00 thousand rubles
c) acquisition of rolling stock - 2,250.00 thousand rubles
