RESOLUTION OF THE BUREAU OF THE PROLETARIAN DISTRICT COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY (BOLSHEVIKS) OF KYRGYZSTAN "ON HOLDING A DISTRICT OLYMPIAD OF CHILDREN'S CREATIVITY DEDICATED TO THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF KYRGYZSTAN"

The Bureau of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan resolves:
1. In accordance with the resolution of the Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan dated March 28, 1950, the Frunze Regional Party Committee dated April 5, 1950, and the Party Central Committee dated April 11, 1950, to hold the district Olympiad of children's creativity from April 20 to June 25 of this year.
2. To approve a commission for the management of the preparation and holding of the district Olympiad consisting of:
1. Comrade Sadin ~ Head of the Propaganda and Agitation Department of the Regional Party Committee (Chairman)
2. Filipchenko - Secretary of the Regional Committee of the Komsomol of Kyrgyzstan
3. Lavrushko - Inspector of the District Education Department
4. Gudoshnikov - Director of School No. 8
5. Stepanova - Director of School No. 13
6. Lokshin - Head of the Club of the Frunze Factory
7. Polyanker - Acting Chairman of the Physical Culture and Sports Committee
8. Litvinova - Inspector of the People's Department of Cultural and Educational Work
3. To oblige the directors and secretaries of the party organizations of schools to conduct intra-school Olympiads of children's creativity from April 25 to May 10, during which the best participants will be selected for the district Olympiad.
4. To instruct the commission to develop a plan of specific activities to ensure the preparation and holding of the Olympiad.
