Improvement of M.V. Frunze Park. Document No. 182 (April 1950)

RESOLUTION OF THE BUREAU OF THE PROLETARIAN DISTRICT COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY (BOLSHEVIKS) OF KYRGYZSTAN "ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF FRUNZE PARK"

Frunze City April 6, 1950

In order to bring the Frunze Park into proper order and to improve it, the Executive Committee of the Proletarian District Council of Workers' Deputies and the Bureau of the Proletarian District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan resolve:

1. To approve the work plan for the improvement of Frunze Park for 1950, to be carried out by the organizations and enterprises of the district in a public manner according to Appendix No. G and in the breakdown of each organization according to Appendix No. 2*.

2. To create a committee for the guidance of the improvement works of Frunze Park consisting of:

1. Temirov - Secretary of the District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan
2. Ismailov - Acting Chairman of the Executive Committee
3. Zinchenko - Secretary of the Party Organization of the Meat Processing Plant
4. Kazakov - Chairman of the Permanent Commission on Communal Economy
5. Ishchenko - Party Organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) at the Frunze Plant.

3. To assign the following areas for the improvement and further maintenance of Frunze Park:

Frunze Plant - the central alley from the monument to Comrade Stalin to the club.
Meat Processing Plant - sections No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and the central alley from the entrance to the park to the monument to Comrade Stalin.
Repair Plant - sections No. 10, 11.
Cloth Factory - section No. 14, and part of section No. 10.
Woodworking Plant - section No. 17 and part of section No. 10.
Leather Plant - section No. 16 and half of section No. 10.
Artel "Textile" - sections No. 12, 15.

4. To obligate the directors of the enterprises and the secretaries of the party organizations of the Frunze Plant, Meat Processing Plant, Repair Plant, Cloth Factory, Woodworking Plant, Leather Plant No. 2, and the chairman of the Artel "Textile" to complete the works on the improvement of Frunze Park by April 20, 1950, according to Appendix No. 3.

5. To propose to the directors of the enterprises and the secretaries of the primary party organizations and the chairmen of the factory trade union committees of the mentioned organizations to carry out all works on the improvement of the park based on socialist competition both among individual workshops and among individual workers.

6. To establish a transitional Red Banner of the District Executive Committee and the District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan to be awarded to the enterprise that achieves the best results in the competition for the improvement of Frunze Park.
