RESOLUTION OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DEPUTIES "ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE HONORARY DIPLOMA OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DEPUTIES"

The Executive Committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies has decided:

1. To encourage workers of enterprises and institutions located in the city of Frunze for particularly outstanding achievements in economic and cultural development, to establish the Honorary Diploma of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies.

2. To approve the Regulations on the procedure for awarding the Honorary Diploma of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies (Regulations attached*).

3. To submit this decision for consideration at the next session of the City Council of Workers' Deputies and the Bureau of the Frunze Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan for approval.
