Organization of the Chief Architect's Management of the City of Frunze. Document No. 166 (April 1946)

DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DEPUTIES "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE CHIEF ARCHITECT'S OFFICE OF THE CITY OF FRUNZE"

Frunze, April 27, 1946.

In accordance with the approved staffing of the Chief Architect's Office of the city of Frunze, by the State Staffing Commission under the Council of Ministers of the USSR dated 8YAP-1946, the Executive Committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies decided:

1. To organize the Chief Architect's Office of the city of Frunze under the Frunze City Executive Committee.

2. To approve the staffing of the Chief Architect's Office of the city of Frunze at 9 positions with a monthly salary fund of 5870 rubles (Appendix No. 1)*.

3. To obligate the head of the City Finance Department, Comrade Miroshnikov, to finance the Chief Architect's Office of the city of Frunze within the approved staffing limits from the general allocations in the budget for 1946 until the limits are approved by the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR for the maintenance of this Office.

4. To request the Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR to allocate a limit for the maintenance of the Chief Architect's Office of the city of Frunze in the amount of 102.6 thousand rubles, including salaries and 20 thousand rubles for new equipment.

5. To appoint Comrade Veryuzhsky Vasily Vasilievich as the Chief Architect of the city with the right to manage credits and the right of first signature on all financial documents for current accounts.
