RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON APPROVAL OF THE TECHNICAL PROJECT AND GENERAL ESTIMATE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TROLLEYBUS SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF FRUNZE"

The Council of Ministers of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves: To approve the technical project and general estimate for the construction of the trolleybus system in the city of Frunze, prepared by DORTRANSPROJECT of the Ministry of Utilities of the RSFSR and approved by the Bureau of Expertise of the Ministry of Utilities of the RSFSR, providing for a total estimated cost of the facilities at 20,624.9 thousand rubles, including for the first phase works 13,256.60 thousand rubles (at 1936 prices).
