The Executive Committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies decided:
1. To approve the Act of the State Commission for the acceptance into operation of the cinema building for 500 seats, built at Stalin Street corner of Young Guard Street, by the trust "Frunzestroy".
2. To oblige the trust "Frunzestroy" to eliminate the defects and unfinished work listed in the appendix to the State acceptance act.

RESOLUTION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE FRUNZE CITY COUNCIL OF WORKERS' DEPUTIES "ON PERMISSION FOR THE FRUNZE REGIONAL DEPARTMENT OF CINEMATOGRAPHY TO CONSTRUCT A CINEMA FOR 1200 SEATS"

In accordance with the petition of the Frunze Regional Department of Cinematography and the conclusion of the city department for construction and architecture, the Executive Committee of the Frunze City Council of Workers' Deputies decided:
1. To permit the Frunze Regional Department of Cinematography to construct a cinema for 1200 seats on Lenin Street on a plot of park land measuring 2400 m2, according to the attached scheme.
The exact location of the cinema should be clarified during the design work.
2. To oblige the developer:
a) to bear the costs associated with the development of the land plot,
b) to register with the city department for construction and architecture an order for the preparation of an architectural-planning assignment,
c) to formalize with the City Economy Committee an act for indefinite use of the land plot,
d) to improve the area around the cinema and the adjacent streets by constructing sidewalks, access roads, pedestrian bridges, profiling streets, irrigation, landscaping, street lighting, and house numbering,
e) to submit the construction and improvement project for approval to the architectural commission at the city department for construction and architecture,
f) to obtain permission for work from the city inspection of the State Architectural Construction Control before the start of construction.
3. To warn the developer that without the approval of the project documentation by the architectural commission at the city department for construction and architecture, as well as without obtaining a construction permit from the city inspection of the State Architectural Construction Control, construction work will be considered unauthorized.
