RESOLUTION OF THE BUREAU OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY (BOLSHEVIKS) OF KYRGYZSTAN "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF AN EVENING MACHINE ENGINEERING
TECHNICAL SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF FRUNZE"


City of Frunze, March 27, 1951.

Considering the increased need for managerial and engineering-technical personnel at the plant No. 60 of the Ministry of Armaments and the Frunze Agricultural Machinery Plant of the Ministry of Agricultural Machinery, the necessity to raise the technical level of engineering and technical workers-practitioners employed at these plants, as well as the desire of many qualified workers to obtain a secondary technical education without leaving production, the bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Kyrgyzstan resolves:

1. To request the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) to oblige the Ministries of Armaments and Agricultural Machinery of the USSR to organize an evening machine engineering technical school in the city of Frunze based on and in the premises of the industrial technical school of the Ministry of Public Utilities of the Kyrgyz SSR, assigning the management of the educational process and logistical support to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Armaments.

To establish an annual admission of students, starting from the 1951-1952 academic year, in the amount of 100 people.

2. To request the Minister of Armaments Comrade Ustinov and the Minister of Agricultural Machinery Comrade Popov to finance the evening machine engineering technical school from the funds of these ministries.

3. To obligate the Ministry of Public Utilities of the Kyrgyz SSR Comrade Kolbaev to ensure the placement of the evening machine engineering technical school in the premises of the industrial technical school.
