RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS OF THE KYRGYZ SSR "ON THE ORGANIZATION OF THE KYRGYZ STATE DRAMA THEATER IN FRUNZE"

Frunze, June 3, 1941.

The Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR resolves: To obligate the Department of Arts under the Council of People's Commissars of the Kyrgyz SSR to organize in 1941 in the city of Frunze the Kyrgyz State Drama Theater from students who graduated from the State Institute of Theatre Arts in Moscow.
