Achylova Rahat (1941), Doctor of Philosophy (1988), Professor (1989)Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Govsubar, Batken District, Osh Region. Graduated from the History Faculty of KSU (1963), postgraduate studies at the Philosophy Faculty of Leningrad State University (1966).
Worked as a senior lecturer, head of the sociological laboratory, head of the department at KSU, rector of KJPI, professor at KSU, head of the department at KSHI, and since 2000 - professor at IIMOP KGNU.
Specialist in the field of sociology and philosophy. Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, USSR medal. Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published more than 150 scientific works, including 3 monographs. Under her supervision, 2 doctoral and 11 candidate dissertations have been defended.
