Worked as an electrical mechanic at a factory, accompanist at the House of Culture of the KKSK, junior researcher, senior researcher at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, senior lecturer, associate professor, senior researcher, and since 1998 - head of the master's department, professor at KGNU. Specialist in the history of philosophy.

Published more than 40 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 1 textbook.
