Graduated from the Faculty of History of KGU (1963). Worked as a teacher in secondary school, junior researcher, senior researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Law, senior lecturer, associate professor at OGP, lecturer at the Osh Regional Committee of the Communist Party, head of the department, dean, and since 1998 - Vice-Rector of Osh State University. Specialist in the field of social philosophy. Awarded the medal of the USSR (1970), Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1969). Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published over 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs and educational manuals.
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
