Graduated from the Osh State Pedagogical Institute (1959).

Worked as a teacher in secondary school, lecturer at Jalal-Abad Pedagogical College, lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, and since 1996 - professor at Osh State University.

Specialist in children's literature.

Published more than 110 scientific works, including 1 textbook and 5 monographs.
