Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Akman, Bazar-Kurgan District, Jalal-Abad Region.

Graduated from Tashkent Polytechnic Institute (1974), postgraduate studies at Bauman Moscow State Technical University (1979).

Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, senior engineer at FPI, trainee teacher at MSTU, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor at KTU, and since 1993 - Vice-Rector for Research, Professor at Jalal-Abad State University.

Specialist in welding and processing technology of structural materials. Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993).
Laureate of the Lenin Komsomol Prize of Kyrgyzstan in the field of science and technology (1989).

Published more than 60 scientific works, including 6 educational and methodological manuals.

Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
