Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Suttu-Bulak, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KGU (1953), postgraduate studies there (1956).
Worked as a junior researcher, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Specialist in the field of crystal physics. Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR.
Published more than 200 scientific works, including 20 author certificates. Under his supervision, 15 candidate dissertations were defended.
