Graduated from Tashkent Law Institute (1954), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR. Worked as an investigator in the prosecutor's office, a member of the regional court, a member of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of sector, head of department, leading researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, scientific secretary of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, deputy director and advisor to the directorate of the Institute of Social Sciences of the Southern Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (Osh), since 1999 - Professor at the Bishkek Humanities and Economic Institute. Specialist in the field of labor resource utilization.

Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published more than 110 scientific works, including 8 monographs.

Under his supervision, 9 candidate dissertations have been defended.
