Bugazov Husain Bugazovich (1922), candidate of philological sciences (1954), professor (1996).
Dungan. Born in the village of Yrdyk in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from the Kyrgyz State Pedagogical Institute (1950), postgraduate studies at Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov (Moscow, 1954).
Worked as a teacher, associate professor, head of the department of methods of teaching the Russian language, professor of the Russian language department at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasaguni.
Specialist in the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language, comparative linguistics of Dungan, Kyrgyz, and Russian languages. Awarded orders and medals of the Great Patriotic War, Honorary Certificates of the Kyrgyz Republic (1967-1990).
Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz SSR (1983). Published over 80 scientific works, including 10 textbooks.
