Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Sokolovka, Ak-Suu District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after V.I. Lenin (Moscow, 1980), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (Moscow, 1987).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher at the Pedagogical Institute, research intern at the Research Institute of the USSR Academy of Pedagogical Sciences, acting head of the department at the Przhevalsky branch of KSU, head of the department, dean, director of the Institute of Languages and Culture of the K.Tynystanov State University, since 2001 - head of the teaching-methodological department and deputy director of the Institute for Professional Development and Retraining at the J.Balasaguni National University.
Specialist in the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language.
Published more than 70 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 10 methodological manuals. Main works:
1. Methodology of teaching the Russian language in the primary classes of Kyrgyz schools (program for pedagogical institutes in the specialty 2121 “Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education”). Frunze, 1989.
