Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Don-Ary in the Chui region. Graduated from KSHI (1955). Worked as a research associate, head of the laboratory at the USSR Ministry of Energy Research Institute, vice-rector, head of the department, dean of the Faculty of Engineering, director of the Institute for the Integrated Use of Natural Resources of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, deputy minister of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of fuel and gas technology. Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, medals of the USSR, and a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic. More than 100 scientific works published, including 7 monographs. Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations were defended.
