Ukrainian. Born in the Kustanai region.

Graduated from the All-Union Agricultural Institute (1957).

Worked as a research associate, associate professor, head of the department at the Kherson Agricultural Institute, and chief researcher at the Institute of Water Problems and Hydropower of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Specialist in the field of integrated use and protection of resources.

Awarded the Orders of the Patriotic War, the Red Banner of Labor, and medals of the USSR.

Published more than 110 scientific works, including 5 monographs.

Main works:

1. Determination of optimal parameters for water management facilities and rational schemes for the use of water resources. Frunze, "Kyrgyzstan," 1972.
2. Methodology for determining the optimal volume of inter-basin transfer of river runoff. Chișinău, 1991.
3. Increasing the efficiency of water resource use in the Moldavian SSR, MoldINTI, Chișinău, 1983.
