Russian. Born in the village of Georgievka, Kurday District, Jambyl Region, Kazakh SSR.

Worked as a senior researcher, head of the laboratory at Kyrgyz Research Institute of Irrigated Agriculture, head of the Department of General Agriculture at KSHI, head of the Department of Agrochemistry, director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemistry, professor at KSHI, and since 1996 - head of the Department at KAA. Specialist in agrochemistry, crop production, and soil science.

Awarded medals of the USSR, Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (2). Honored Agronomist of the Kyrgyz SSR (1982).

Published more than 180 scientific works, including 5 monographs.

Under his supervision, 3 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations have been defended.
