Yusupov Tulegen Yusupovich (1934-1995),
Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (1991), Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz SSR in the field of Science and Technology (1976)
Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Talas, Talas region. Graduated from the Faculty of Biology of KGU (1956).
Worked as a researcher in the Soil Science Department of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, senior researcher, head of the department at KyrgNIIZ, director of the Kyrgyz Experimental Breeding Station, head of the department at VNIIKAMS, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Water Problems, deputy director of the Institute of Mountain Soil Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1996 - head of the management at the Ministry of Water Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, the Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR.
Published more than 150 scientific works, including 10 monographs and 24 author certificates.
Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations were defended.
