Saipov Voroshil (1937),

Kyrgyz. Born in the city of Osh, Osh region.

Graduated from KSHI (1962), postgraduate studies at the All-Union Research Institute of Cotton Growing (Tashkent, 1969), Higher School of the Agricultural Production Complex of the USSR, Timiryazev Agricultural Academy (Moscow, 1985).

Worked as head of the department at the Kyrgyz Experimental Station for Cotton Growing of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, senior researcher, head of the department at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Agriculture, deputy general director of the Kyrgyz Research and Production Association for Agriculture, since 1998 - head of the science department and professor at KAA.

Specialist in the field of agricultural reclamation.

Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1976), a Certificate of Honor from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1985), and medals from the USSR and the Kyrgyz Republic.

Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published over 180 scientific works, including 10 monographs.

Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
