Doctor of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences (1991), Professor (2001), Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000)

Uzbek. Born in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR.

Graduated from SAGA (Tashkent, 1959), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Geology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1965).

Worked as a geologist for the Southern Kyrgyz Expedition, junior, senior, leading, and chief research fellow at the Institute of Geology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at KGMI, category I geologist for the Kyrgyz methodological expedition, and since 2001 - professor at the Institute of Ecology of KGUSTA. Specialist in stratigraphy, tectonics, sedimentology.

Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1993). Published over 100 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
