
Almeeva Irik Abdullayevich (1937), Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (2001)
Tatar. Born in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Graduated from KSHI (1961).
Worked as a livestock specialist-breeder, chief livestock specialist of the state farm, junior researcher, senior researcher in the sheep breeding department, and since 1979 - head of the laboratory for breeding and selection of goats at KyrgNIIZH. Specialist in the field of breeding, selection, genetics, and reproduction of agricultural animals (goat breeding).
Awarded the USSR medal (1997), Certificate of Honor from the Republic of Kyrgyzstan (1988). Honored Worker of Agriculture of the KR (1999).
Published over 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph. Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
