Tatar. Born in the Tatar ASSR. Graduated from Kazan University.
Worked as the head of the Department of Pathological Anatomy at the Kyrgyz Veterinary Institute. Specialist in the field of pathomorphology. Awarded the Order of the Red Star, medals of the USSR, and Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR. Published more than 100 scientific works. Under his supervision, 5 doctoral and 10 candidate dissertations were defended.
