Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Besh-Kungey, Alamudun District, Chui Region.
Graduated from the Veterinary Faculty of KSHI (1953), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Regional Medicine of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (1963).
Worked as a veterinarian, research associate at KyrNIIZh, and since 1968 - head of the laboratory at Kyrgyz NIVI.
Specialist in infectious pathologies of agricultural animals.
Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificate of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (1977). Honored Veterinarian of the Kyrgyz SSR (1984).
Published over 110 scientific works, including 1 textbook and 3 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 doctoral and 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
