Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Zhatcy-Alysh, Kemin District, Chui Region.
Graduated from KSU (1956), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1959).
Worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Inorganic and Physical Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of the department, professor at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of analytical chemistry. Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Laureate of the J. Balasagyn Prize (1998). Published more than 90 scientific works, including 1 textbook and 7 teaching aids.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
