Asanov Usen Asanovich (1934), Doctor of Chemical Sciences (1977), Professor (1980), Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, Laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and technology (2000).Kyrgyz. Born in the kolkhoz "Emgekchil" of the Tian Shan district in the Naryn region. Graduated from the D.I. Mendeleev Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology (1956), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR (1967). Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, head of the laboratory, deputy director of the Institute of Chemistry, rector of KSU, and since 1992 - chairman of the Higher (since 1996 - National) Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, State Counselor of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2nd class.
Specialist in the field of chemistry and chemical technology. Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, International Academy of Ecology, Human and Nature Safety, New York, and others. Included in the International Encyclopedia "Famous People of the 20th Century" (2000), "Who’s Who in the 21st Century" (Cambridge, England, 2001).
Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Honorary Certificate of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, medals "Datsk" and others. Honored Inventor of the Kyrgyz SSR (1979). Honored Figure of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1994). Laureate of the International Prize "Rukhaniyat," as well as the awards named after J. Balasaguni and I. Arabayev. Published more than 250 scientific works, including 12 monographs, 7 textbooks, and 47 inventions.
