2. Maturna kepelgu - Hypodryas maturna (Linnaeus, 1758) - Scarce Fritillary (Lepidoptera order, Nymphalidae family)
Included in the IUCN RLTS with the DD category according to the assessment conducted in 1996 [76]. It is a widely distributed species. Populations previously classified as H. m. staudingeri (Wnukowsky, 1929) in Kyrgyzstan are now considered to belong to the species Euphydryas asiatica (Staudinger, 1881) [50, 88], meaning that the H. maturna species has been removed from the fauna of the Republic [12]. Eu. asiatica is rarely encountered, but currently, there is no alarming data in Kyrgyzstan [40].

Included in the IUCN RLTS (DD category according to the assessment conducted in 1996) [76]. A very widespread species. Populations from Kyrgyzstan, previously attributed to the subspecies H. m. staudingeri (Wnukowsky, 1929), are now considered to belong to another species, Euphydryas asiatica (Staudinger, 1881) [50, 88], meaning that the H. maturna species has been excluded from the fauna of the Republic [12]. Eu. asiatica is not often encountered, but currently, there is insufficient data to assess the threat category in Kyrgyzstan [40].

3. Ottoy jupsuz kepelek - Thersamonolycaena (=Lycaena) dispar (Haworth, 1802) - Large Copper (Lepidoptera order, Lycaenidae family)
Included in the IUCN RLTS with the LR/nt category according to the assessment conducted in 1996 [76]. It is a widely distributed species, known in Kyrgyzstan [17] as Th. d. rutila (Werneburg, 1864), with stable range and populations in the Republic [40, 41].

Included in the IUCN RLTS (LR/nt category according to the assessment conducted in 1996) [76]. A widely distributed species, represented in Kyrgyzstan [17] by the subspecies Th. d. rutila (Werneburg, 1864) [12], whose range and populations in the Republic are stable [40, 41].

Assessed for IUCN RLTS in 1996 as species of the LR/nt category [76]. The species is widely distributed and is represented in Kyrgyzstan [17] by subspecies Th. d. rutila (Werneburg, 1864) [12], which subspecies has stable number and area [40, 41].

4. Kegultur alcon - Maculinea alcon (Denis et Schiffermbiller, 1775) - Alcon Large Blue (Lepidoptera order, Lycaenidae family)
Included in the IUCN RLTS with the LR/nt category according to the assessment conducted in 1996 [76]. It is a widely distributed species, common in the Eurasian region extending north from Kyrgyzstan. This species has only been found once in the Republic [41], and despite the need for verification, it does not require protection, as all species of the Maculinea genus have stable ranges and populations in Kyrgyzstan [40].

Included in the IUCN RLTS (LR/nt category according to the assessment conducted in 1996) [76]. A widely distributed species, common in Eurasia north of Kyrgyzstan. Despite the need to verify the single doubtful [41] record of this species in the Republic, there is no need for its protection, as populations and ranges of all Maculinea species in Kyrgyzstan are stable [40].

Assessed for IUCN RLTS in 1996 as species of the LR/nt category [76]. This widespread species is common in Eurasia to the north of Kyrgyzstan territory. Despite the necessity to check the single doubtful [41] discovery in the Republic, it is no need to protect this species because all Maculinea species in Kyrgyzstan have stable areas and abundance in populations [40].

5. Köğltür arion - Maculinea arion (Linnaeus, 1758) - Arion Large Blue (Lepidoptera order, Lycaenidae family)
Included in the IUCN RLTS with the LR/nt category according to the assessment conducted in 1996 [76]. It is a very widely distributed species. The record of its occurrence in Kyrgyzstan [17] refers to the Central Asian subspecies M. a. cyanecula (Eversmann, 1848), which is currently considered a separate species [50], meaning that the M. arion species has been excluded from the fauna checklist of the Republic [12]. Furthermore, populations and ranges of all Maculinea species in Kyrgyzstan are stable [40].

Assessed for IUCN RLTS in 1996 as species of the LR/nt category [76]. This species is very widely distributed. The indication [17] of M. arion spreading in Kyrgyzstan was relevant to the Central Asian subspecies M. a. cyanecula (Eversmann, 1848), which taxon at present time is considered in the separate species rank [50], i.e., M. arion is excluded from the faunal checklist of the Republic [12]. Besides that, all Maculinea species in Kyrgyzstan have stable areas and abundance in populations [40].
