Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kyzyl-Senir, Uzgen District, Osh Region.
Graduated from OGPI (1972), correspondence course at the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (1978)
Worked as a laborer, head of the club at the YUKOS farm, teacher at a secondary school, instructor at the city and regional party committees, director of the Osh Technological College, head of the regional vocational education management, head of the sector at the regional party committee, head of the department at the regional executive committee, head of the regional education management, deputy head of the regional administration, head of the regional education and culture management, and since 1999 - head of the Kara-Suu District Education Department.
Specialist in the field of history.
Honored Teacher of the Kyrgyz Republic (1994). More than 40 scientific works published, including 2 monographs, 8 educational and methodological manuals, and 11 brochures.
