Graduated from Przhevalsk Medical School (1964), KGMU (1971), postgraduate studies at the Central Institute of Advanced Medical Studies (Moscow, 1975).
Worked as head of the obstetrician-paramedic point, assistant at the Department of Forensic Medicine at KGMU, head of the department for the examination of victims, accused, and other persons, department of corpse examinations, department of particularly complex examinations
of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, since 1993 - head of the department at KGMA.
Specialist in the field of forensic medicine. Awarded Honorary Certificates from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996, 2000).
Published more than 110 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 6 textbooks, 4 rational proposals.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
