Tatar. Born in the city of Lengir, Chymkent region of the Kazakh SSR.

Graduated from KSMI (1975).

Worked as the head of the tourist club at the Lengir City House of Pioneers, an intern doctor at the city hospital, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of department, head of the Central Research Laboratory of KSMU, and since 2000 - head of the Department of Pathophysiology at KSMU. Specialist in the field of pathophysiology.

Published more than 200 scientific works, including 5 monographs, 7 inventions, and 10 methodological manuals.

Under his guidance, 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.
