Uzbek. Born in the village of Tuleyken, Karasuu District, Osh Region.
Graduated from OGPI (1970), postgraduate studies at the Physical-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Tashkent, 1974).
Worked as an engineer, senior engineer, head of the sector, chief designer at the NPO "Akadempribor" of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, head of the laboratory, head of the department of Helio-Physics at the Guinea Center in Conakry, senior researcher at the Institute of Marine Salts and Chemical Compounds in Bhavnagar (India), senior lecturer, associate professor, acting professor at OshTU, head of the department, professor, and since 1999 - dean of KUU.
Specialist in the field of conversion and use of solar energy.
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (2001).
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000). Published more than 150 scientific works, including 24 inventions.
Under his supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
