Russian. Born in the city of Birsk, Bashkir ASSR. Graduated from KSU (1968).
Worked as a lecturer at the FPI, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor at KGNU, since 1993 - head of the department, vice-rector for scientific work at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of theoretical physics, plasma physics, and thermal physics.
Academician of the International Academy of Informatization (1996).
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000).
Published over 230 scientific works, including 11 monographs and 2 teaching and methodological manuals.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 12 candidate dissertations have been defended.
