Kyrgyz. Born in Frunze. Graduated from KGMI (1979), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Pediatrics of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Moscow, 1991). Worked as a pediatrician at the Central District Hospital of Sokuluk District, research associate, assistant, associate professor, and since 2000 - head of the department at KGMA. Specialist in pediatrics, physiotherapy, and resort therapy.
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 2 monographs.
