Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Myrza-Aki, Uzgen District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGMI (1979), postgraduate studies at the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Ministry of Health of the USSR (Moscow, 1986).
Worked as a resident physician at the City Clinical Hospital, surgeon, senior researcher, deputy chief physician of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Tuberculosis, chief physician of the Republican Children's Tuberculosis Hospital, head of the Department of Personnel and Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since 1991 - Director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Tuberculosis.
Specialist in the field of phthisiatry. Awarded a Certificate of Honor from the Kyrgyz Republic. Published over 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 5 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
