Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Uzguruchi, Talas District, Talas Region. Graduated from KGMI (1973), VSH (1980).
Worked as a sanitary doctor at the district SES, assistant at the department, chairman of the student trade union committee, associate professor, head of the clinical research laboratory, and since 1998 - head of the department at KGMA. Specialist in the field of hygiene and labor physiology, social hygiene, and healthcare organization.
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 4 textbooks, 2 author's certificates, 3 patents, and 12 methodological developments.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
