Kyrgyz. Born in Frunze. Graduated from KGMI (1975), postgraduate studies at the Research Institute of Forensic Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the USSR (Moscow, 1987). Worked as a clinical resident, forensic expert, head of the department of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, assistant, senior researcher, professor at KGMI, head of the Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination, and since 2000 - Vice-Rector for Science at Chui University.
Specialist in the field of forensic medicine. Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 4 educational and methodological manuals, and 1 invention.
