Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kochkorka, Naryn region.
Graduated from KGMI (1951), postgraduate studies (Moscow, 1954). Worked as director and head of the laboratory at the Institute of Physiology and Experimental Pathology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR. Specialist in high-altitude medicine.
Awarded Honorary Certificates and a Certificate from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR. Honored Scientist of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996). Published over 200 scientific works, including 8 monographs.
Under his supervision, 15 candidate dissertations were defended.
