Graduated from FPI (1961), postgraduate studies at MISI (Moscow, 1968).
Worked as a foreman, site manager of SMU, dean, head of the department at KGUSTA, since 2000 - director of the Research Institute of PVSH MOiK KR.
Specialist in the field of improving technology and intensifying construction structures and the erection of buildings and structures.
Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1996), corresponding member of the International Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1999).
Awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz Republic (2).
Published more than 110 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 2 inventions.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
