Worked as the chief economist of a collective farm, head of the management of the Ak-Tal District, head of the department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz SSR, associate professor, head of the department, dean, vice-rector of KSHI, head of the department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the KR, and since 1995 - head of the department at KRSU.
Specialist in the field of national economy and management. Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR. Honored Economist of the KR. Published more than 60 scientific works, including 4 monographs. Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
