Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Taldy-Suu, Tyup District, Issyk-Kul Region.
Graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute of Food Industry (1961), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR (1967).
Worked as a planning technician at a factory, engineer, senior economist at the Frunze Champagne Wine Factory, junior researcher, senior researcher, head of a sector, leading researcher, head of a department, head of a group at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, head of a department at the State Committee, head of the Department of Science and New Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1998 - Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the IPPKK KGNU.
Specialist in methodological and applied problems of management and regulation of scientific and technological progress. Academician of the Engineering Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic (1998). Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1995), and the Order of the "Badge of Honor".
Honored Economist of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published over 70 scientific works, including 16 monographs.
Under her supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
