Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Korumdu, Issyk-Kul region. Graduated from KSU (1967), and completed postgraduate studies there (1973).
Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, and currently serves as the head of the department at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of political science. Published more than 100 scientific works, including 15 monographs and 3 textbooks. Under his supervision, 4 candidate dissertations have been defended.
