Graduated from the Moscow Technological Institute of Light Industry (1967), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov.
Worked as a teacher, associate professor, head of department, dean of the faculty of economics and management, head of department, dean, and since 1999 - director of the Management and Business Center of KGNU.
