Born in the village of Ak-Turpak, Batken District, Osh Region. Graduated from KGMI (1974), postgraduate studies there as well. Worked as a pharmacy manager, senior researcher at the Institute of Cardiology, head of the scientific department, and since 1999 - Deputy Director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy.
Specialist in the field of cardiology. Academician of the International Academy of Nature and Society Sciences. Honored Doctor of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published more than 150 scientific works, including 1 monograph. Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 6 candidate dissertations have been defended.
