Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Jety-Oguz, Issyk-Kul region.
Graduated from KGMI (1968), completed clinical residency there (1971), postgraduate studies at the Leningrad Institute for Advanced Medical Studies (1974). Worked as a physician in a military unit (Khabarovsk Krai), junior researcher at the Central Scientific Research Laboratory of KGMI, senior researcher at the Institute of Physiology and Experimental Medicine of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, senior researcher, leading researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Cardiology, head of the department, and since 1997 - professor at KGIFK.
Specialist in the field of pathological anatomy.
Published over 70 scientific works.
